As a business owner like you one of the biggest reasons I've had any success was simply turning up and being 100% present. Dealing with the fears, insecurities, laziness and distractions and getting out there and then working on improvement constantly.

If I didn't know something I'd ask. If I was unsure I'd do it anyway. There are clues to success: hard work, discipline, learning and askingĀ  and overcoming yourself are the magic ingredients.

Success is filling your brain with the motivational stuff. You know the sort, someone yelling at you that you are the greatest if only you knew. Physical exercise and a good diet (a biggie). Doing multiple business activities to grow your business. Bombarding your brain so much that fear, laziness, resentment, moaning, hiding away, making excuses have no room to fester (I like this word) and grow. Quite frankly I agree with all of this as well as being fully present for my young children, gorgeous partner and the pooch.

Focussed action is the key here. An unwavering quest to be a business success is what is required. This drives me. This gets me up at 4am every morning and on the weekends. How about you? Are you driven? What does success look like for you? Where do you need to improve? What is holding you back?
